About these checks

A monitor running on separate infrastructure probes each component every minute using public endpoints only, so an outage of the API cannot hide itself. Uptime is the share of checks that succeeded each UTC day; degraded checks (slow responses, a background worker falling behind) count as up. Our target is 99.9% monthly uptime for the REST API; it is a target, not a contractual SLA. See Uptime and support for the details, or contact support.
